Air company app with a nice design, but as bad as the Ryanair app in terms of functionalities.
Probably the main reason is that also the standard web check-in service of SAS is badly implemented.
The main lacks of this app are:
- no working integration with Passbook (I was never able to save my boarding cards to Passbook, despite the "Passbook" link seems to be there).
- there is no possibility to check-in together an additional passenger (a feature that almost all the airlines are offering since ages).
This feature is also missing in the web check-in service of SAS, with the "funny" result that on my flight today, before taking off, about ten people (including me) were trying to exchange seats to re-join relatives checked-in in different places on the plane!
A long standing company like SAS should offer a better service to its customers, I think.
