SAS – Scandinavian Airlines App Reviews

I find the app really good. In fact I find it easier to book via app rather than on the website. You can also book a flight with your frequent flyer points which I find very convenient. The app also features a newsstand where you can download your favourite papers 24h before the flight. If you are a Eurobonus member you can also view your account activity in a clear and concise manner. Last but not least I find the Nordic touch in the design (wooden background) quite pleasant.

It is point-less to download that app as it is not doing what it was meant to do.

How to add the card in Wallet?

The possibility to pay tickets partially with points makes this app unique for me! You should just value the points more.

Great app, simplifies travels and bookings. Why did I wait so long to download it?

I cant use it because it crashes before I can log in. I have restarted, deleted and reinstalled it- same result... Crashes.

Airline apps in general seem to be pretty weak, but the SAS app is bad even compared to that low bar. Check-in is impossible to find. Having to print my boarding passes, so the app is pretty much useless.

This app is very well put together and easy to navigate. I understand that you cannot check in on flights to and from the US which is fine. But please allow bookings from the US version of the app. Even if its in DKK or SEK pricing. Would be much more better than using the desktop version of the website in a mobile browser. This is the best way to make the best airline better. Love the fact I can see my travel statistics with SAS.

Drives me insane, I keep on putting my reference number as asked but it keeps on telling me that they couldnt find me !!!??? It worked 3 days ago and now the application doesnt keep my details, I need to enter my details each time and it works once out of ten attempts. Whatever...

The application is bugged with my iPhone 4s. It crashes all the times from start!! Hope some engineer will solve it quickly as mow it is impossible to register boarding pass in the iPhone e apps

Good app, but 2 major issues -Downloading boarding passes and saving them to passbook still unreliable -But the worst is that you have to re type your passport data each time! Please save these!

Unfortunately the app is not working any more since the last update.

Getting an account first?!? Uhmmm... Why dont i need that for lufthansa? That is nonsense and has nothing to to with what it is ment for... Definitely not gonna use that!

Very Scandinavian, always behind and delayed. Not working at all with io7. Back to 1990s SMS notification with Scandinavian airlines, god bless the state owned airline!

App cannot download boarding passes into Passbook. No way to report errors. Most useless airline app ever.

Passbook saving of your boarding cards does not work. Ok, no problem I thought, they are stored in the app, and they were, right up to the point where I actually wanted to use them. They disappeared about 5 mins before I wanted to go through security. Thankfully I was able to get paper replacements. This app is a waste of time and total rubbish.

I downloaded boarding pass in the app, but it wouldnt send it to the passbook app. Nothing happened when I pressed "passbook" button. Wasted loads of time trying to get this work but this app failed.... Please FIX this :(
