The app always crashes when I try to check in or when I try to view "my passengers" in my settings. Apart from that I cannot change my details. Unfortunately, not useful like that.
I find the app really good. In fact I find it easier to book via app rather than on the website. You can also book a flight with your frequent flyer points which I find very convenient. The app also features a newsstand where you can download your favourite papers 24h before the flight. If you are a Eurobonus member you can also view your account activity in a clear and concise manner. Last but not least I find the Nordic touch in the design (wooden background) quite pleasant.
Great app from a specific airline, works all fine and very neat.
Should be a basic feature, but it doesnt work. Cant even add passbook via webpage as this app seems to be the only option.
Im traveling to Denmark at least twice a month and this app doesnt really support passbook. Ive never been able for it to actually download the pass even to the app itself. Very poor promise of a travel companion.
I do not like new background. Wood was great! :-(
I am not a EuroBonus member and the app doesnt allow to use it unless I am registered... Pretty strange. Why not allow me buying tickets?

only thing you need to do via mobile is to dowload offline the boarding pass but it never works (I travel SAS every two months). Quello che serve usando un cellulare e di poter avere il boarding pass offline, purtroppo non funziona mai (viaggio con SAS ogni due mesi)
Air company app with a nice design, but as bad as the Ryanair app in terms of functionalities. Probably the main reason is that also the standard web check-in service of SAS is badly implemented. The main lacks of this app are: - no working integration with Passbook (I was never able to save my boarding cards to Passbook, despite the "Passbook" link seems to be there). - there is no possibility to check-in together an additional passenger (a feature that almost all the airlines are offering since ages). This feature is also missing in the web check-in service of SAS, with the "funny" result that on my flight today, before taking off, about ten people (including me) were trying to exchange seats to re-join relatives checked-in in different places on the plane! A long standing company like SAS should offer a better service to its customers, I think.
Its really disappointing that passbook link doesnt work! Ive tried several times without any result! Need an update...as fast as possible!
I just got it and the first thing that came to mind was "what about the Youth in Europe booking feature?"
The booking process is made possible if not smooth by the app, however access to the full website is necessary at some point in the journey for minor features, e.g. Purchase lounge access. Better than most similarly sized airlines apps.
The app is not currently working on iOS 8. On the last version on iOS 7 I had several issues in viewing and opening different tabs (ex.: FAQ) Please fix it.
